御神籤(おみくじ)fortune slip (usu. bought at a shrine)

神社でおみくじを引(ひ)きました。

I drew a fortune slip at the shrine.

今年(ことし)のおみくじの結果(けっか)は、大吉(だいきち)でした。

The result of this year's fortune slip was excellent luck.
