社員(しゃいん)を怒鳴(どな)る事(こと)はパワーハラスメントの一種(いっしゅ)である。まして他(ほか)の社員(しゃいん)の前(まえ)で怒鳴(どな)るなど言語道断(ごんごどうだん)だ。

Yelling at employees is a form of power harassment. Moreover, yelling at them in front of other employees is absolutely unacceptable.
