未然形(みぜんけい)imperfective form

未然(みぜん)形(けい)は活用(かつよう)形(けい)の一(ひと)つです。

The imperfective form is one of the conjugation forms. {imperfective form}

文語(ぶんご)の「ず」を伴(ともな)う時(とき)は未然(みぜん)形(けい)を使(つか)う。

When accompanied by the classical Japanese "zu", the imperfective form is used. {imperfective form}

助動詞(じょどうし)「ない」を伴(ともな)うときは未然(みぜん)形(けい)を使(つか)います。

When accompanied by the auxiliary verb "nai", the imperfective form is used. {imperfective form}
