「構(かま)へん」は、「大丈夫(だいじょうぶ)ですよ」に当(あ)たる大阪(おおさか)弁(べん)です。

'構へん' is the equivalent of '大丈夫ですよ' in Osaka dialect.

息子(むすこ)：「お父(とう)さんの車(くるま)借(か)りるね！」父(ちち)：「かまへんよ！気(き)をつけて！」
