求人(きゅうじん)広告(こうこく)に「経験者(けいけんしゃ)のみ募集中(ぼしゅうちゅう)」と記載(きさい)されていた。未経験者(みけいけんしゃ)は応募(おうぼ)できないのだろうか。

The job advertisement stated "only experienced applicants are being recruited." Does that mean inexperienced people can't apply?

僕：「転職求人(きゅうじん)イベントって実際のところ、どうなんだろう。」友人：「転職者の希望に基づいて、おすすめの会社を教えてくれるよ。まずは行ってみてごらん。」
