この飛車(ひしゃ)は将棋(しょうぎ)の駒(こま)の一(いち)つです。

This rook is one of the pieces in shogi.

飛車(ひしゃ)は縦(たて)と横(よこ)に何(なに)間(ま)でも動(どう)けます。

The rook can move any number of squares vertically and horizontally.
