会社(かいしゃ)の上司(じょうし)：「オフィスのお掃除(そうじ)ご苦労(くろう)さん。」

Company Supervisor: "I appreciate your efforts in cleaning the office." {I appreciate your efforts}

社長(しゃちょう)：「社員(しゃいん)たち！ご苦労(くろう)さん。もう帰(かえ)っていいよ。」

President: "Staff! I appreciate your efforts. You may go home now." {I appreciate your efforts}

夫(おっと)が妻(つま)に：「お仕事(しごと)ご苦労(くろう)さん、今日(きょう)もお仕事(しごと)大変(たいへん)だったね。」

The husband says to his wife: "I appreciate your efforts at work, it must have been tough today." {I appreciate your efforts}
