昨年(さくねん)の秋(あき)に戻(もど)りたい。

I want to go back to last autumn.

昨年(さくねん)の夏(なつ)は今年(ことし)よりも暑(あつ)かった。

Last summer was hotter than this year.

母：「昨年(さくねん)のうちに大掃除をしておけばよかったね。」妹：「新年早々、掃除から始まるなんて・・・。」

Mother: "We should have done the big cleaning last year." Sister: "Starting the new year with cleaning..."

昨年(さくねん)の１０月(がつ)、私(わたし)はこう君(くん)と出会(であ)った。あの紅葉(こうよう)を、今年(ことし)も一緒(いっしょ)に見(み)られたらいいな。

Last October, I met Kou. I hope we can see those autumn leaves together again this year.

きこ：「あの幻(まぼろし)の桃(もも)ケーキ、今年(ことし)も食(た)べたいな。」ゆか：「確(たし)か、昨年(さくねん)食(た)べたのって、ちょうどこの時期(じき)だったよね！」

Kiko: "I want to eat that legendary peach cake again this year." Yuka: "If I remember correctly, we ate it around this time last year, right!"
