'It will rain tomorrow.' 'Is that so.'

「テストで良(よ)い点(てん)を取(と)ったよ。」「そうか、頑張(がんば)ったね。」

'I got a good score in the test.' 'Is that so. You did your best, right?'

「そうか、僕(ぼく)も頑張(がんば)ったら宇宙(うちゅう)飛行(ひこう)士(し)になれるはずだ！」

'Is that so, if I give it my all too I am bound to become an astronaut.'

「彼女(かのじょ)は泣(な)いているそうです。」「そうか、僕(ぼく)に何(なに)か出来(でき)るのかな…。」
