四海(しかい)the whole world, the seven seas

四海(しかい)を掌握(しょうあく)して頂点(ちょうてん)に上(のぼ)り詰(つ)める。

To seize control of the whole world and reach the pinnacle.

王(おう)：「この国(くに)を掌握(しょうあく)した後(のち)は四海(しかい)を掌握(しょうあく)するぞ！」
