「が気になる」の情報

「気(き)」を使(つか)った多(おお)くの日本語(にほんご)表現(ひょうげん)の一(ひと)つに「気(き)になる」があります。これは名詞(めいし)の「気(き)」と助詞(じょし)の「に」、五段動詞(ごだんどうし)の「なる」の組(く)み合(あ)わせです。「気(き)になる」の前(まえ)には「(A) が」が置(お)かれます。(A) は話(はな)し手(て)の「注意(ちゅうい)」や「関心(かんしん)」を引(ひ)きつけるものを示(しめ)します。

「気(き)になる」の意味(いみ)は「(A) に興味(きょうみ)がある」や「(A) が心配(しんぱい)だ」などです。この文型(ぶんけい)は名詞(めいし)や名詞(めいし)句(く)の後(うし)ろに置(お)いて使(つか)われます。

注意点(ちゅういてん)

    I’m a little bit confused by the structure in the second line, what is implied by ‘(1) の’?

    Pretty sure that’s just saying you need either こと or の to nominalize the verb and make it a noun before attaching が

    I’m a bit confused by the explanation. It says “気になる will come after (A) が, where (A) marks the thing that is drawing the ‘attention’ or ‘focus’ of the speaker.” However, one of the example sentences is:

    私が気になることは彼が良い人かどうかだけです。
    The only thing that I am concerned about is whether he is a good person or not.

    I don’t get it, it doesn’t seem follow the description, according to which 私 would be ‘drawing the attention of the speaker’??
