からするとJudging from, Considering

からすると・からすれば are objective, drawing conclusions from evidence, as in 態度からすると本気だ (Judging from his attitude, he’s serious). にしたら highlights a subjective, inner viewpoint, as in 親にしたら心配だろう (From a parent’s perspective, they must be worried).

Both follow nouns and can mean judging from (A), as in 外見からして／外見からすると綺麗だ (Judging from her appearance, she’s beautiful). However, からすると・からすれば can also express perspective, as in 学生からすると難しい (From a student’s perspective, it’s difficult). からして is stronger and often evaluative, focusing on a single piece of evidence.

Both express a viewpoint, but the source and nuance differ. に言わせれば・に言わせると・に言わせたら explicitly attributes an opinion to a specific person and often carries a subjective or critical tone, emphasizing that this is that person’s way of seeing things, as in 専門家に言わせればその計画は甘い ('If you ask an expert, that plan is naive.'). からすると・からすれば presents a perspective based on position, role, or circumstances and sounds more neutral or analytical, focusing on standpoint rather than personal opinion, as in 学生の立場からすると高すぎる ('From a student’s point of view, it’s too expensive.').

にしては and からすると・からすれば both express judgment, but にしては highlights a state or result that departs from expectations, e.g. 初心者にしては上手だ ('He's good for a beginner'), while からすると・からすれば shows reasoning from a standpoint, e.g. 私の経験からすると ('Based on my experience').

から言うと and からすると・からすれば are similar in that both introduce perspective. から言うと explicitly means 'speaking from (A)', offering a basis for opinion, e.g. 経験から言うと簡単ではない ('Speaking from experience, it's not easy'). からすると・からすれば has a broader 'based on (A)' meaning, often implying inference, e.g. 態度からすると反省していない ('Judging from his attitude, he isn't sorry').

ことから and からすると・からすれば both describe drawing conclusions, but differ in tone and focus. ことから shows cause and effect based on a fact, e.g. 足音がしたことから誰かがいると分かる ('From the fact we heard footsteps, we know someone is there'). からすると・からすれば show judgment from a certain viewpoint, e.g. 足音からすると一人の女性だったみたい ('Judging from the footsteps, it seems like it was one woman').

上 and からすると・からすれば both indicate a perspective or basis for judgment, but differ in tone and scope. 上 is formal and often tied to institutional or thematic standpoints, as in 理論上の問題 (a problem from a theoretical standpoint). からすると・からすれば is more subjective and flexible, used with personal or situational cues, as in 表情からすると彼は怒っている (Judging from his expression, he’s angry).
