にはIn order to, In regard to, For

Both can express purpose, e.g. 日本語を勉強するのに文プロを使っている ('I'm using Bunpro to study Japanese.') 日本語をマスターするには時間がかかる ('To master Japanese it takes time.') のに follows dictionary-form verbs, while には can follow either verbs or nouns. には is also used more broadly to mean 'in regard to' or 'for', where the idea of purpose doesn't apply, e.g. 子どもには難しい ('It's difficult for children.')

Both can mean as far as (A) is concerned, but differ in nuance. には emphasizes to/for (A) in a fundamental sense, as in 私には分からない (It’s not clear to me). としては highlights a position or standpoint, as in 私としては許せない (As far as I’m concerned, I can’t forgive them).

に取って (usually written in kana as にとって) indicates a perspective or viewpoint, e.g. 私にとって大切なことだ ('It's something important to me'). には can be used this way too, e.g. 私には分からない ('It's not understandable to me'), but also has broader uses like indicating purpose, target, or scope, e.g. 成功には努力が必要だ ('To succeed, effort is necessary').

Both can express purpose, similar to 'in order to' or 'for that reason', e.g. 海外に行くためにパスポートを取った ('I got a passport in order to go abroad.') 海外に行くにはパスポートが必要だ ('A passport is necessary to go abroad.') Unlike ため(に), には also has broader uses, such as marking scope or perspective, e.g. 子どもには難しい ('It's difficult for children.')
