ものか is a strong, indignant denial, meaning Absolutely not! or As if…, as in 勝てるものか (As if you could win!). どころではない means out of the question due to circumstances, often translated as This is no time for… or Far from…, as in それどころじゃない (This is no time to worry about that!).

Both ものか and どころか convey strong denial or contrast, but differ in tone. ものか expresses emphatic denial, often with indignation or disbelief.
