～ても～なくてもWhether ~ or not

かどうか expresses uncertainty, like 'whether or not', as in 行くかどうか分からない ('I don't know whether or not they'll go.'). ～ても～なくても presents two opposite possibilities and says the result is unchanged, like 降っても降らなくても行く ('Whether it rains or not, I'm going.').

〜でも〜でも and ～ても～なくても both express 'whether or not'. 〜でも〜でも shows multiple possibilities, e.g. クッキーでもケーキでも甘いものは食べたい ('I want sweets, whether it's cookies or cake.'). ～ても～なくても shows opposition, e.g. 行っても行かなくても大丈夫 ('It's okay whether you go or not.').

～ても～なくても and ようが～まいが are identical in meaning, both expressing the idea of 'whether or not', with the difference that ～ても～なくても is more casual and colloquial, while ようが～まいが is more formal/literary and emphatic. For example, 行っても行かなくても and 行こうが行くまいが mean the same thing but differ in tone.
