「にかかわらず」の情報
「(A) に関係なく」や「(A) でもそうじゃなくても」と言いたいとき、「に関わらず」という表現がよく使われます。これは「に」と五段動詞「関わる」、そして文語助動詞「ず」（意味：ない）の組み合わせです。
この文型は、辞書形や否定形の動詞や形容詞、または名詞と一緒に使われます。また、同じ言葉が肯定形と否定形で繰り返されたり、「(A) かそうじゃないか」という意味を強めるために「かどうか」という表現と一緒に使われることもよくあります。
この表現の「(A) に関係なく (B)」という意味は、(B) が (A) の影響を受けずに起こること、存在することを表しています。そのため、「に関わらず」は「(A) が何であっても、(B) という結果は同じだ」という表現として使われることもあります。

There’s a fundamental disconnect between the sturcture details of this grammar point and several of the example sentences. Ever single structural example shows a pairing of contrasting words (expressed various ways), and yet there are multiple example sentences that do not follow this pattern:
