だけでなく and はもちろん both express non-exclusivity, but differ in nuance and emphasis. だけでなく simply means 'not only (A), but also (B)', e.g. 英語だけでなく、日本語も話せる ('He can speak not only English, but also Japanese.'). In contrast, はもちろん implies the first thing is obvious, while the second is more notable, e.g. 英語はもちろん、日本語も話せる ('He can speak English of course, but also Japanese.').
