Both express uncontrollable emotion. てならない is formal and written-style, as in 気になってならない (I can’t stop worrying). てしょうがない is common in speech, as in 会いたくてしょうがない (I can’t help wanting to see you).

Both suggest lack of control, but differ in usage. てならない expresses strong emotions welling up, as in 残念でならない (I can’t help but feel regret). ないわけにはいかない expresses unavoidable obligation, as in 約束したから行かないわけにはいかない (Since I promised, I can’t not go).

Both てならない and ざるを得ない convey inevitability, but differ in source. てならない expresses uncontrollable emotion or sensation, as in 会いたくてならない (I can’t help wanting to see them), while ざるを得ない indicates being forced to act due to circumstance or necessity, as in 行かざるを得ない (I have no choice but to go).
