財閥(ざいばつ)zaibatsu, financial conglomerate, industrial group

独占(どくせん)的(てき)巨大(きょだい)企業(きぎょう)集団(しゅうだん)のことを財閥(ざいばつ)と言(い)います。

A massive corporate monopoly is called a zaibatsu.
