為(ため)にDue to, Because of, As a result of

Both can express cause, but with different perspectives. ために often reflects the speaker's point of view, e.g. 試合は台風のために中止になった ('The game was canceled in light of the typhoon.') によって typically conveys an external or objective cause, e.g. 台風によって多くの家が壊れた ('Many houses were damaged due to the typhoon.')

Both relate cause and result, but their structures are different. ゆえに can be used as a sentence-level connector meaning ‘therefore’, drawing a conclusion a stated reason, as in 予算が不足している。ゆえに延期した (‘The budget was insufficient; therefore, it was postponed.’). ために is a grammatical form meaning ‘because of' or 'due to’ comes within a sentence to similarly express purpose, e.g. 雨のために試合が中止になった (‘The game was canceled due to the rain.’).
