Maybe I have a brainlag, but why 来て in the following sentence.
上司:「君は毎日毎日、会社に遅刻して来て。見苦しいったらありゃしないぞ。」
If there was a comma, i would have understood it as an “and”. If there was an いる/る that would have made sense too (especially when I look at the translation).
What am I missing?

Over a year later, thanks haha. I was confused about the ありゃ part but this explained it.
- ありゃしない: Colloquial contraction of ありはしない, meaning “there isn’t”, emphasizing inexistence.

This just came up as a lesson in the N1 deck and there still aren’t any explanations in the about section. Not sure if this was re-added as part of the recent content updates to the Bunpro grammar decks or perhaps just never removed.
