といったらない is a set expression used to highlight a very high extent of something (like being disappointed, astonished and so on), to the point of not being able to describe it with mere words. Unlike ったらない it is only used in a negative context, and often follows words like 図々しい、ばかばかしい、恥ずかしい、みっともない、情けない and the like.
