About ~に値する
に値する is a phrase that means something 'deserves' something or 'is worthy' of something. It is made up of the particle に and the する verb 値する.
Grammatically, に値する will come directly after nouns or verbs in their dictionary form. The thing marked by に will be the thing that is 'worthy'.
The negative form, に値しない, can also be used. As expected, に値しない means something 'is not worthy' or 'does not deserve' something.
